    I had never booked a space before but as the charity car park I usually use was due to be closed for 3 days, 2 days that I was working and I didn't want the stress or waste the time looking for another car park, so I booked in for 2 days. On arrival the first day everything went smoothly and I took my token to the office to get it validated as advised. On returning to my car at night I went to the barrier but my token just kept going straight through, I rang the office via the help button and the attendant said to wait where I was and he would come down, I waited nearly 10 minutes and then pressed the call button again, he explained he was busy and asked me to go up to the office. So I put on my hazards and went to see him. He was unable to validate the token as he said his machine was broken...so sent me back down and said he would lift the barrier for me. By the time I got back to my car there was a lady struggling with her pass in the right hand channel; it was saying error, so he just lifted her barrier and she drove off....I was still sat waiting! So I rang the call button again I think he was so stressed that he thought he'd let me out not her! He did then raise the barrier letting me drive off some 15 minutes after me driving up to the barrier! When I went to the office today I asked the attendant to make sure he did it correctly...he did - he took my token into the office - I did notice the attendant on the first day put the token on the machine near the door which I think gives a discount for city centre workers which still require you to pay.......don't think he understood the pre-book system despite my showing him my confirmation of booking. The second days experience was perfect and based on that I would use this again if I needed to guarantee a space. I have already told colleagues about it. It was worth the bit extra for the stress free experience!

    Brilliant! 5 minutes walk from the venue, friendly staff, and turn left when you come out of the car park at the concert end and head off into the back streets and you miss all the traffic - Sat Nav quickly pulls you back to a main road - we sailed straight out of town after a sell-out concert.

    Extremely happy with the parking space very easy to book and good details of location and contact details, the space was ideal and secure with an added bonus of the owner giving their local knowledge of where to go would recommend the service and will use it again for myself

    I was attending a football match in Sheffield, unfortunately the police had closed the access road to the address where I had booked my reservation so I found alternative parking. However on contacting yourparkingspace the next day a full refund was provided. I have used this company on a number of occasions and cannot fault them, they always provide excellent service and normally provide good parking options.

    Booking easy via yourparkingspace. Directions good & sat nav found exact location. Host was friendly & assisted with gate opening/closing; space secure. Short walk to Hillsborough park. Would use again should similar circumstances arise
