Parking on Kelmscott Crescent, WD18
This space is a few minutes walk from Vicarage Road Stadium, so ideal for Elton John's last performance at Watford. The property was easy to find, and access at the front of the property was ideal. Thanks to Chris for making this space available.

Parking on Premier Inn Watford Central, WD17
Great place to park: easy walking distance to Vicarage Road and easy exit. Didn’t give 5 stars because despite booking parking space - there were none left when I got there! Did eventually manage to squeeze my car in - but it wasn’t a normal parking space. There is a machine there and it would seem that the public can just turn ip and park and numbers are not capped.

Good site for vicarage Road and easy to get out and onto motorway

Parking on Exchange Road, WD18
It was easy to find the carpark but there was some confusion at the entry as there was a man on duty pressing for the tickets. I managed to tell him I was pre-paid before he pressed but I didn't get a ticket from the machine (as my instructions had suggested I would) so was worried that i wouldn't be able to get out. The carpark was pretty full and I had to park on the 5th level. Walking down the stairs wasn't a problem but walking back up again with my 70 year old companion was a bit tiring (the lift was out of order!) After 30 minutes of queueing to get out there was another man on the barriers and when I explained I was a prepaid customer he lifted the barrier to let me out.

Very easy to find space and a good location for the Elton John concert at Vicarage Road

Parking on Thorpe Crescent, WD19
Easy to find the parking space, but it was much further from Watford FC ground than the 16 minute walk detailed on the website. More like 35 minutes at a brisk pace and taking short cuts following other fans. Hence 4 stars, not 5. Best for visiting football fans and those in the Sir Elton John Family stand than us in the Lower Graham Taylor as we had to walk two sides of the stadium against the flow of the crowd. Not easy! However, it was comforting to know we had a booked parking space instead of driving round looking for one and the cost is extremely reasonable.
